Acid Rain Resistance 
Coating Protection Mechanism: In environments with high concentrations of pollutants such as industrial emissions, acid rain readily forms. This acid rain creates acidic permeation on the surface of colour-coated steel sheets, accelerating corrosion of the substrate beneath conventional coatings and leading to phenomena such as blistering and delamination. 
Resistance to Sunlight Exposure 
Coating Protection Mechanism: Under intense ultraviolet radiation from sunlight, coatings on colour-coated steel sheets may exhibit chalking and degradation, leading to rapid paint loss manifested as fading and loss of gloss. Resistance to Humidity and Heat 
Coating Protection Mechanism: In high-temperature, humid operating environments, the high osmotic pressure of water vapour accelerates water molecule penetration through conventional coatings, thereby corroding the substrate and causing phenomena such as blistering and delamination. 
Low Temperature Resistance 
Coating Protection Mechanism: Most colour-coated sheet coatings require temperatures above -10°C to maintain stable processing properties. However, in frigid regions where temperatures range between -20°C and -40°C, conventional paints become brittle, cracking at bends and even flaking off, completely losing their protective function. 
Dual-strength characteristics 
Strong heat reflection: Huafeng colour-coated panels utilise aluminium-zinc coated substrates, offering twice the light and heat reflection capability of equivalent galvanised sheets, making them an ideal energy-saving material. Strong surface levelling: Huafeng galvanised sheets undergo a light-finishing process, overcoming common stretch marks to achieve a smooth, flat surface.
